I'm a little confused. I am seeing Champion plugs in your pictures, but your writing indicates otherwise. Put some NGK 2330s(BCPR6ES) or 3330s(BCPR7ES) in it and troubleshoot from there if you were running champions.

champions are what i put in there for only 1 day till my NGK's came in i have NGK in there now no change same problem. New fuel filter and still the same problem no squashed or kinked lines anywhere at all ive been having this problem for a while actually. took battery out to recharge it put it in and car ran fine no problems until the ecu re-learned i think then same problem. No CEL at all or stored codes everything runs beautiful until i start to accelerate then it starts doing the whole bogging surging and sputtering. Also im getting small backfires or missfires under decel if that helps

I come from a land down under
Unhook the fuel line put it in a bottle/bucket and jumper the Diag block and turn the Ign on and see how much flow you get.

Do this before the Rail In and again at the FPR out.

FUll N/A-T swap full turbo electronics turbo injectors cleaned and flow tested to 440cc and i have a turbo fuel pressure rail with regulator and pulse dampner in place. Basically eveyrhting from the headgasket up is from a full turbo motor

Like IJ said then start checking out the fuel system. A fuel pressure gauge would be nice. It would let you know you have pressure to the rail and if the regulator is working and raising FP as it should. Even if it was temporarily rigged just for troubleshooting.

ok so i did the fuel injection pressure test on my car............at idle the gauge reads 41-42psi and when i unhook the vacuum line(which has no vacuum also btw) the pressure doesnt change at all any time throughout this check procedure. Conclusion is the FPR is bad but idk if its the only problem i wont know until tomorrow night when i pick up my new one from work and get it installed and get my car running hopefully correctly. I just want this problem gone so that i can drive my car. If this regulator doesnt fix my problem then any other ideas what it might be??? My only other conclusion would be the pump............

That's too high at idle. Your regulator is bad. Either that or the vacuum line to it is bad. It is running as if there is no vacuum applied to it so it is probably not responding to boost either which is causing you to run lean under boost. It all makes way too much sense for it to not be the problem. First replace the regulator. Go from there. I'd bet money you found your problem.
