It's a work in progress..........o.k. it's a LONG work in progress.

I've now got 175 miles on the new motor. I'm still not boosting yet, but it's hard not to put the pedal to the metal and see what it will do.........:evil2:

Nope...it's getting wrapped in aluminum foil. He said so in his thread.

I've got 180 miles of non boosting on the engine now and I've been tuning it as I go. I keep the laptop beside me while I'm driving and add or subtract fuel as needed. It still gets rich under any acceleration, but only to abouit 11.0-12.5. That's too rich considering I'm not boosting yet. I'll have to do most of the tuning on the dyno, but I wanted to do as much as possible before I get there.
