I now have to find a new steering rack so when the motor is finished I can get it installed. I have too many things to do at this moment, but getting my car done is at the top of the list. It looks too dam'd sad sitting out there on jack stands.

Scott, I'm not going to need one right now. I was going to use the 2jz valves and install them in my 1jz head, but I'll be o.k. with the stock 1jz valves for now. I just want to get it running asap so we can have a meet sometime this summer. Clear off a weekend because you'll have to help me organize something.

I got a steering rack from Keylan and it's close to mine but not the exact same. It looks like everything lines up the same, but it's different. I'll try and get some pictures posted up so I can get your opinions.

Ryan, I can't wait for you to start your build up thread. I can't stand to think about your car being in pieces, but I know you have the technology to build it stronger and faster.........:biglaugh:

We're going to make the steering rack work, so I won't have to send my old one off. I'm also going to get rid of all my a/c lines and the compressor. Does anyone know what belt I can use when I delete the A/C? Thanks.

Thanks Mr. Legal.

Well, I haven't had good A/C since I"ve had my car and I've made it without it this long. I may as well remove everything related to it since it doesn't work anyways. There's something in my CC messed up and my blower doesn't blow out hard. You can barely feel it and it won't defrost anything when you need it too.

What's up Mike? Are you making any headway with your car?

Hey Jay, I know that you've pulled your dash more than once, did you happen to look at the blower box & duct work? There's a good chance that blower is pushing a lot of air, but it's not making it to the vents....

The last time the dash was out, I wasn't even at home. Ricky did it, but he swears the duct work is all hooked up. All I know is when it rains outside, my windshield fogs up and it takes an act of Congress and a towel to keep it where I can see.

I tried calling you a while ago, but of course you still have me on call block..........

Yes!!! I drove Jays car with the windows all fogged one rainy morning on the way to Texas. I was kinda scared having wet roads, a whole lot of HP, and no vision. Needless to say I lived but spent a little time with my head out the drivers window.:biglaugh:

As far as the air Jay, its just one more thing you can live without that can clean up the engine bay. You have an air conditioned 05 f150 if you need the air my friend.

I do believe Driftmotion has a belt for the No AC setup... I purchased one not long ago from him.
