Awesome looking interior! How is the over all carpet quality? Are you happy with the money spent on it? I may be buying new carpets for my supra, just want your honest opinion...

The carpet is very nice but it isn't easy to put in. I know you can handle it, but I was a litle naieve about how long it was going to take. There is a lot of cutting to do, but in my opinion it is well worth it if your carpet is as fubar'd as mine was.

Thanks for the floor mats George, they are super trick, but I'm not really into the whole plaid thing. I'm going to order me some blue plush floor mats with white lettering.

Thanks for the comments and praise guys and gals.

Mike, I hope you get your problems figured out with your car.

1.5 swap updates

I tried cranking the car last night but had horrible results. All it wanted to do was turn over, but it never seemed to fire. I know I am getting gas because I had a leak going into the fuel rail but I tightened it up and it's not leaking any more. It's going to rain here all day and all day tomorrow so it will be this weekend before I can start trouble shooting it. I'll post up the news bad or good as soon as I have some. Please cross your fingers and say a few hail mary's for me.

george ordered you the plaid mats to match your plaid golf outfit, he said your golf clothes were rather gay:greddy2: but he hopes you like the mats:icon_bigg

My golf clothes are gay, but I look good in them. Not just anyone can wear pink pants and not feel subconcious about them.......:biglaugh:

Today is golf and poker day so I won't get a whole lot done today. Sorry, send all hate mail to jhayes9969@charter.net because my pm box is always full.

Is that a hole in the sill plate?

for your starting issue.. add 15-20% fuel across the board on your EMS maps to compinsate for the extra displacment.. it probably will start up and drive semi normal then

If you cant change your maps.. crank your fuel pressure up to like 55 psi (instead of the 43) and itll probably help.. might need to go a little higher

Justin, I think my fuel pressure is actually set at about 38psi. I can add more fuel with my laptop and see if that helps. The last time I tried it though the dam'd thing wouldn't read from the ecu. I may have to upload something again to make it read. I can't remember what it's called, but it came with an adapter that plugs in between the laptop and the ecu.

Ryan, I have a brand new flux capacitor, but no hydrosylator. Silly me.

Noah, Luckily I can't wear Vonda's clothes.

Duane, my car is old and therefore not in the greatest of shape, but it looks O.K. I am going to have to use biffer screws to cover up the wore out holes that are in the sill plate.

George, Thanks for the blue plaid image, but I better stick with the solid blue.

She told me that she doesn't have any blue that will match my interior and she suggested that I either don't buy any from her, or I go with black. I don't really think black would look good in my car. What other suggestions do you people have?

With some extra carpet you could make your own. Can you get some extra carpet or a color from whitney??? You can always have my stock blue floor mats for now just to keep your feet off your new carpet till you figure things out. I dont need my mats anymore since I will be making up new to match my new carpet. Let me know I will ship em!!!
