The drilling and covering up your old spoiler holes. You kinda have to do your best at figuring out where you need to drill. I can show before and after pictures of mine tomorrow if I get a chance to do it all.

I already fitted mine and it worked fine... but I also have some weird antenna which isn't stock.
Even the stock antenna would work, mine still has the original antenna, but it doesn't look 100% right.

Edit for everyone. Check out this guy introduction thread. He has an 86.5 that is super sweet and he had a body shop properly install an 89+ wing. I think it looks exceptionally good with the pre 89 tail lights.

You are confused my 89 supra owning friend, I believe that most people prefer the pre-89 front end
(although I have no scientific data to corroborate this).
