Lately been working on the car just to get away from life and get my mind off things. I sanded and cleared the center spoiler. I need to figure out how to mount it properly. Any ideas?

I also checked the valve clearances after putting cams in. The clutch disk also came in today. I picked up some fittings and some exhaust wrap for downpipe.

nice job on the car man, just a quick question, where exactly are the bolt/nut locations on the clutch and brake pedals and what is the size and tools to use, as there is a 5 speed for parts mk3 at the junkyard but i dont really wanna stay under the driver dash since the carpet is covered in dirt/mud

for the brake pedal all you need is two 17mm wrenches. You don't need the bracket just the pedal is fine...one bolt instead of four bolts...a lot easier. You will have to move some modules to get to the 17mm bolt a lil easier. As for the clutch. all you need are extensions. I didn't even put my head on the floor of the car. I just sat on the ground outside of the car and looked under the dash. Using some extensions and a 12mm socket/ratchet. There are three bolts for the clutch. Two on the firewall and one up top. Good luck!

Should be able to drop the motor in real soon. Just need to swap clutch line from our parts car. Then bolt up the trans to the block and it will be ready to drop in.

Slowly coming together! Changed the rear main seal. Installed the clutch, trans, starter. Got the ss ps hose from Driftmotion. Also finally dropped the motor/trans in.

There is still a good amount to get done.

Finish wiring, Relocate battery, Install driveshaft, Wrap downpipe, Install exhaust, Time engine
Install oil cooler, Install oil lines, Install ic piping, install slave cyl and Bleed clutch, Change brake fluid
Fix stock ecu, Install fuel pump, Install fuel filter, Install afpr/lines.

I'm positive that there are things I'm forgetting. Got some more space in the garage now though that the motor/trans is in. Lol

Does anyone know what size fitting is needed for the fuel rail to hook up the afpr? I have everything else needed. Just need that fitting.
