i think i found the problem.
i had everything blocked off in the back so the coolant was not circulating like its suposed to. i just ran a hose from the back of the head to the pipe that comes off the back of the water pump. these were both blocked off before.
ill take it for a spin and see if that fixed it.

..that very well could be the culprit.

Any mixing of fluids? I would definitely try and loop the heater hoses before you tear into it. That would be very aggravating if you went through all the trouble of tearing it down and it was just the heater hose routing. IMHO it's never a good idea to just block something off, loop it when possible (unless it's like a lil 1/4" hose or something).

Maybe it was the block side of the HG that was leaking? Whats compression look like? Bubbles in the coolant or milkshake oil cap? What're you running for a cooling fan?

im just more than ready to have a drivable car and it also needs to be tuned so im just going to let them deal with it...

but i have to say i am proud of myself i did most all the work my self in my own garage and im only 18! a few people on here have helped out a lot and i thank you all very much!

What supra shop is doing the work? Your setup looks great by the way. It's a pitty she's not running right yet.

ya thats what im thinking.
just took it out for another drive, it runs sooo good... but it still gets hot really quick... it dose brake up a little under boost but thats probably either timing or spark plug gap...
