Emilio, it hasn't worked for a while. Besides it's location is perfect for the Greddy catch can I have ready to slap in there. You can have it if you want it.
The car sounded nice before, now she has that nice slightly rough idle, really sounds fantastic.

I might be interested in that ABS stuff - ABS on my car isn't working right now. Do you still have plans for a bigger turbo?

Emilio, remind Sean not to rip it out but gently remove it. It is yours. AS far as turbo, yes I am upgrading. So many choices possible. As of right now, it looks like a ball bearing billet 67, with custom twin scroll housing and a quick spool valve. She will be an beast!!

Dan- Looking for your fuel pump set up on this car... If I remember right it was pretty bomb. If you could post some pictures or point me in the direction that they are it would be awesome!

My fuel system as is, is good for about 750wheel hp on E85. It consists of the new and improved A1000 fuel pump, -8 an fuel feed line, Titan fuel rail,Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator, -6an return, 1200cc injectors and is controlled by my Aem ems.
We have had a few minor issues when tank is low due to cavitation, so I may get Sean to help with her once he tweaks his, as his system is identical. Until then I keep her at around 1/2 or fuller. I am not sure if I have a up close photo of the pump area.
BTW, I talked to Comp Turbo yesterday and here is my latest turbo idea. I am checking prices and now that taxes are complete. Ready to move forward.

Lately we are cleaning up wiring and Sean is starting to install the Wilwood BBK. I am also working out a deal for the MKIV rear caliper swap. Big power has got to have decent brakes.

Ha ha, it's so true and so often overlooked. You'll have to take some pretty pictures for us all to envy your brakes :icon_razz
I'm glad to see it's all coming together, though.

Sirgeorgee- you'd love this car, even as it was this fall. Loads of power on tap and just a blast to ride in!

Steve, I did put the GT35 up for sale. I am thinking we may just remove manifold, cut off T3 flange, weld on the T4, and be done with it. I will probably get the manifold ceramic coated while off.

Sean has done a nice job with cleaning up the passengers side ABS area, tucking and removing extra wires. Please talk to him about the way to go with brakes lines. He was thinking of getting some lines from a non ABS car.
I would love to schedule another day to have you come and help him with the brakes. Currently working on a deal for those MKIV rear calipers. I owe you plenty for all your get certified Toyota mechanical assistance.

Didn't you have the other T4 Manifold sent out to be ported or was there something wrong with it or it's clearance?

Brake lines can be done the easy way or the factory way.
Easy way involves a tee fitting and a coupler, but the correct (factory) way would need 3-5 new brake lines, brackets, and fitting them all.

Yes, that manifold is at my friends who does the porting. Sean and I came up with the idea of just cutting off the T3 flange and welding on the T4. This way, no exhaust work or anything. I will sell the manifold on SF.
I prefer to do the brake lines the easy way. Hopefully it is the least expensive way. Talk to Sean, he is pulling off the front wheels and inner fender liner today and working on cleaning up the wiring. Then starting the Wilwood install. He has a very good set of directions from the seller.
Now, if the turbo will sell. I can recap a few hundred bucks.

Latest addition:

Sound Performance Spool Valve. New turbo ordered from Comp. Thanks for the sweet deal Sean aka funky_monkey58 Even though my new turbo is bigger, with the spool valve and triple ball bearings, it should spool as quick as the GT35 did, but bring me up to near 800 rwhp! More pictures later. Today Sean got the valve covers tapped along with the Greddy Catch Can. He has been working on the Wilwood BB install. This Saturday we will be finishing her up, tweaking the inter cooler pipes.

I will post up more as soon as we get the big brake kit on the car. Sean has been doing a great job. Getting closer and closer. Still not going to be able to drive her for a least 6-8 weeks, but as soon as it is warm enough I am going Rustang hunting!:evil2:

I'm excited to see those brakes on there - you should give Sean a little something for doing good on your car - like paying for his speeding ticket!

Now your thinking correct. When you take your boat out fishing, you don't go out looking for sunnies do you? Na, I know you are out looking for big game fish like; Muskie, Walleye, Large Mouth Bass, ect.
