Well guys what are we going to do about food? I talked this over with another member earlier and we haven't decided. Do we need to bring food? Or help money-wise?

As far as the RTC motor, if you're talking about RacingTechnologyCo's motor, I wouldn't trust it. It cost my buddy Nathan 70,000$ for a single turbo 2jz in his 1995 Supra. Not including the welded block they blown and the tach not working. Still on a stock W58 tranny (Originally GE). RTC went to sh*t when Matt and Eric left and Greg left the place completly. Oh and he put out 420 to the wheels, with a powerhouse turbo...

Yeah man Eric G was a really cool guy, he took a car off a lift un-tuned and gave me a ride in it because I wanted to get into cars. If it wasn't for that man, I would not be typing right now, or own 2 Supra's at 15 for that matter.

As soon as someone gets FOOD info let me know so I can update the front page.

matt- please add armyastro to the attendance and dyno.

food/drink/cooking is covered! tony said he will provide hot dogs and chips with drinks for us. he has someone doing the cooking for us too.

you could bring some drinks and some other stuff if you wanted, but you dont have to. no money is required either, its all included in the hosting :)

if you can make it at 9am, come to the church. if not, then go directly to the dyno when you can.

refresher-

We will be meeting early in Louisville before we head out to the dyno. I'm suggesting that we will start meeting up around 9Am so we can make it to the dyno in time and give everyone time to get at the meetup.

We are meeting here :
920 Blankenbaker Pkwy
Louisville, KY 40243

YahooMaps of Church we are meeting before the dyno : http://maps.yahoo.com/broadband#mvt=...8.134557&mag=8

From church to dyno YahooMaps:
http://maps.yahoo.com/broadband#mvt=...8.150758&mag=8

matt- thanks for the update. you can update the pricing on the dyno?

ok, here is how the price breaks down. tony is cutting us a pretty good deal.

hookup and 1st run is $35. then you can do as many more as you want for $15 per. so people that really just wanted to do a single baseline pull, its super cheap. it also allows others to do as many runs as that want. most meets are 3 runs at a set amount. if you do 1 or 2, its the same price. so i think that works out well.

prices again include wideband with datalog, boost sensor with datalog, printed sheet, and a video.

It's cutting too close to getting the new turbo on my car, so it will likely be no-go on me dynoing.

Front page? :aigo:

If you're talking about a meetup before the drag, I actually think we are meeting up AT the drag strip.

Ummm there is nothing, nada, NO INFO etc about a meet up time or place for any of us from Louisville or IN to meet up & caravan out to Clay City on the front page. I take it that the drag racing is a no go for the KYana crew.

I will not be going to the track. I cant get away on a weekday like that. I want to dyno but I dont know where my car is at as far a fuel mix. I guess I could dyno to see where im at but I think I may be hitting fuel cut.

This may help you out some if you didn't know about it already...

I'm not sure if I can make it to the races yet or not as I don't know if I work at my second job that night just yet... st2b, I'll be bringing my cousin with me also, who owns an '87 turbo targa, but isn't a member on the forums here. I don't know if you wanted to include other people on the list or not if they aren't on the forums, that way there is enough food to go around for everyone ;).

steve-

the bulk of the people are coming on saturday it seems. friday at the track is still a go, noone said anything about making a meeting place to drive out there so i didnt make one.

how many people are coming friday? or just sat only?

jeff-

there are tons of hotels here. i wish i had the space, id let you crash here. you'd prob be more comfortable in a hotel anyway. what price range are you looking for? i can find one for you if youd like.
