Well guys, it turns out that I have 64 hours worth of vacation and sick time that has to be used by the end of this year, so I think I'll call in sick Friday that way I can make it to the drags, hopefully my cousin will get off work a little early and we can make it up there a little sooner and just crash around there so we can make it to the meet without turning around and heading back home...

It will probably take and hour to an hour and 15 to get to the church we are meeting at. So I would say 7:45am would be good and leaving there no later then 8.

Well, I'll be heading out to the drage races for sure on Friday, what time I get there will be unknown, it's a 3 hour trip. I will be heading to Mike's then to pic up the motors that way I don't have to do it on Saturday, I don't know if I'll be able to meet up in Blankenbaker or not. It makes more since to just drive to the dyno that way I don't have to go to Louisville, and then turn right back around and head in the same direction I just came from...

Anyone else meeting up at the dyno from that side of Lexington?

i would recommend staying in frankfort if you dont want to drive back and forth. you could stay in lexington, but it really isnt any closer to the dyno than louisville is. but yeah you wouldnt have to back track. frankfort is real close to the dyno.

Yes we ARE meeting at the strip at 5, and getting settled at 6 when the strips are open. If anybody needs to stay in KY until the Lawrenceburg dyno, TELL ME! You are more than welcome, we live around 20 minutes from the dyno so it should be a great turnout.

Everything is Eastern time....
Stupid Indianapolis (and whatever surrounding areas included) just switched back to Central...So, Louisville/Lawrenceburg/ClayCity are all 1 hour BEHIND.
