Passed emissions and visual but failed a functional test.
Idle speed was too high but everything else was pretty good.

15 mph - 14.7% CO2 - HC 104 (106 max) - CO% .13 (0.70 max) - NO 1 (762 max)
25 mph - 14.8% CO2 - HC 36 (81 max) - CO% .11 (0.57 max) - NO 8 (701 max)

Now I can get back to making power.
After rolling with the mods so long it's weird hearing the car be almost silent even at wot.

I guess there could be different symptoms of an ISC failure, but when mine was bad the Idle didnt stay high, it surged constantly like I was feathering the pedal. Up and down at a constant pace.

Pretty sure that's a system of the tps failing.
I put my mods back on last night.
It was less work putting them on than putting on the stock parts.
