Nice that you can actually get a prefabricated dry sump pan for a 2JZ, not that you would need anyone to fabricate anything for you Ron! lol...

I called a couple places that make them and they are not made for stock chassis/crossmember. Do you know anything different?? Thanks!

IJ, I don't know yet :)

Yeah stock A80 chassis. But if it does not fit that, I figured it won't fit the A70 either. The bullish one is made by ARE, it's cast aluminum. The other one is by Moroso. They both said notching the stock crossmember may be needed but they are not sure. Ron

I think the Moroso pan clears the A80 subframe but, I know at least one 2JZ around here that puts 1100+ to the rear wheels (thru a powerglide!) on a wet sump system with stock pan and has been on the same bottom end for years, even daily driven in nice weather...

I come from a land down under
Ron: Not sure with the latest crop of pumps but the older types are noisy as hell on the suction side and this is amplified by the tank......

Not sure what chassis the new motor is going into but there's not a lot of alternatives for mounting one that would be outside the passenger compartment!

Dummy pump showed up today from Barnes. New one will soon get here :)

This shows how it will be installed with custom brackets

Oh yeah, a KRC tandem power steering pump will mount behind the Barnes.

Like I said, updates are going to be slow. I got the oil pump and ps pump mounted where I want them to be and waiting for my designed bracket to be machined. Behind the oil pump is the power steering pump.
