No wonder some people call USA "the fat lands".

Companies should encourage their employees to exercise by having gyms at work and also some time during the work day set aside for excercise. I know some big companies have gyms.

Too many growth chemicals in the food we eat that was used to speed up the growth of fruits, veges and animals for their meat. The food is shitty.
But I see some people blaming food companies and trying to sue them for making them fat. And these people who sue are fat asses...They are too lazy to work and do anything and they want easy money.

Soon it will be a rare sight to see a skinny person and fat people will flock around the skinny person and be amazed...That would be funny.

Just stay off those burgers esp. Its been almost 8 months since I touched a burger and 5 months since I touched pizza. Pizza is one of the worse fattening foods too.

Cheers,
Roy

i'm talking about really overweight people were they can't even wear jeans anymore and there at BK getting the double whopper with cheese. ( btw.. that sandwich carries over 1100 carolies)

I had a double whopper with cheese and a junior whopper with cheese for lunch today! MMM.

Though I did work for 5 hours before that, and then I changed the rear end on my Corolla for another 5.5 hours. I think I burned it off. :)

It's also all I've eaten today... so far, I think I might be getting hungry again now. :)

In any case, I'm a little bit bigger than I'd like to be (6'0" 195lbs), but I don't feel fat nor do I consider myself fat. I know I should eat healthier, but alas, I'm lazy. :p. Generally speaking though, I don't eat crap food on a regular basis, and I have a somewhat active job, so it all works out. I'd like to be about 170-175lbs though. That's my ideal weight for my body type IMO.

I'm not sure why I posted that, as it didn't really add to the thread, haha. I do agree with you though, America is FAT. Canada isn't nearly as bad IMO, but we're getting worse everyday following suit. It's sad.

If you've driven to Stockton from Sac the place in between literally smells like cows. Worst smell ever... :barf:
Yea, Vacaville only has the outlets. No more Nut Tree anymore lol.

According to my cousin theyre renovating the Nut Tree and making it way better. I didnt even know it was still open but he went shopping there a few weeks back.

And if you want to smell cows drive to Tomales bay.
