But yes, some people really need to do something- eat healthier, exercise, BOTH. But since I can't seem to help them change I'm going to go eat some chocolate cake for comfort.

Ahh, being fat is a slippery slope. This time last year I was 170 ish, now I'm I'm 224 at 5'10... wanna know the worse thing? I'm only 15 (Proof that us europeans are catching up with you yanks weightwise )
I'm really not sure how I'm putting on all this weight - I eat about 1750 calories and drink plenty o' water....
Recently My knees have physically started to hurt, and I really want to shift this weight, any tips?
