Met with the lawyer, Chris Polak. Gave him the information, and he told me he's going to get a copy of the file from Sumter County, and contact the State Attorney to see what can be done to make this right.

Trying to figure out if this was actually a 'Withheld' sentence or a 'Suspended' sentence. If it's a suspended sentence, it'll be thrown out due to statute of limitations, so I'm seriously hoping.

Also, trying to determine if Sumter County refusing to give information is unconstitutional - I hope like hell it is, I'd love to see them fry for thinking they are the law down there
