So i'm searching for the pieces for the timing covers back and front plates as of right now but unsure of everything i need at this moment

I guess the only thing i have a question about is how many total pieces are there ? After researching i've found 3 but was wondering if there is a lower back timing cover or a plate for the mid section

I have collected the following

Top back timing plate
Top front timing cover

Still need

Bottom timing cover

Also in need of a upper water neck and sensors in the water neck

I already bought the coolant temp sensor from DM but don't know what other sensors i need for the water neck or where to get them

The upper water neck has two sensors. One that goes to the gauge in the dash, and one that goes to the ecu.

I am almost sure that DM sells both sensors.

Considering buying the AEM water/meth kit right now but can't decide if i want the 5 gallon or 1 gallon.

Can anyone give me input that uses it on a daily basis of how much you have to refill the tank

Well at least you have a helmet!

Looks good man, there is no better natural high than purchasing lots of car goods and watching it pile up while loved ones/friends question if they should be calling rehab for your addiction to motorsports.

Yeah the helmet was for the 7M Drag/Drift days was pretty fun.

Trust me lots of questions about my mental health towards the car have been raised lol.

Any body no where i can locate the stupid S hose that goes to the PCV

I used 2jzgte PCV grommet and PCV check valve. For it from Napa. And I use the S hose of a 2jzgte as well.

IMO I wouldn't run meth without a standalone. You can. I just don't prefer it. Rather run e85. No knock with e85. Safer. Again as long as you have a tuner. Steven ran e85 with just a safcII. Brandon runs e85 on AEM v1 and has been for 3 years.

Run dummy fail safes if you go water/meth. Indicating lights when you're running low.

I ran Pump at 18psi on my 67mm. So unless you want more than that to start off at, I'd go water/meth later down the road. Maybe by ten you can save up for proefi and run flex fuel

Hmm i need to upgrade my fuel lines before going e85 and my fuel pump/injectors i don't plan on going with more then 18psi until i go standalone and i was leaning on going AEM v2

Whats a good place to find fuel line because am i correct in saying its not a good idea doing it on the stock lines ?

fuel mods so far are

Walbro 255
Aeromotive AFPR
I also have a Apexi neo but was not really planing on using it but maybe i will to go e85 after the break in.

Curious how much power can i expect on 18psi with 91 and a piggyback to get the AFR's close to 11.5?

Also what's the best way to figure out what size injectors i need for e85? H.p goal is around 600whp this is at the end with the standalone

Anfittingsdirect.com has all teflon stainless steel cover lines and appropriate AN compression fittings at a very good price. You need roughly 30% more fuel so go with 1000cc or 1200cc

I'm pretty dumb when it comes to AN and all those things but i will try and see if i can figure it out i wish there was a fuel line kit for the Mk3 how did i go about attaching it to the fuel filter and the bracket on the fuel tank.

Maybe ill just take it to Dahn's when i finish my swap and break in.

Goona check out that sight right now Dustin thanks

Then you don't need that S hose you just need a 90deg hose

One day come down to PHX and ill put my car on the lift to show you how I ran everything. It really isn't thy complicating.

Get rid on the oem filter and run an aftermarket one. They are only $25.
It's really easy. You can run the stock hard lines. But would recommend bigger lines if you want higher horsepower.
