I had to look again (you had me wondering for a minute), but yes it is. That picture is with the car running on the dyno. A couple of the spots in the casting are pretty tight, and to get my coils to sit nicely I had to file down the mounting tab slightly if I recall correctly.
I bought spark plug wires for the is300 coils from 935motorsports, and the fit is pretty shitty. It looks quite messy, it's on my list of things to change - probably just make my own wires.
For a bracket you almost need it to press down onto the coils from the top. You can get away with a clamp holding both of the forward coils, and the #6 coil mounting hole almost matches the threaded hole in the valley plug (the big allen key ones). One of my ideas was to simply drill and tap a hole in a valley plug, and then have a bar to reach the coil mount holes. It doesn't take much to hold them in place. But keep in mind I've got a FFIM, so I'm not sure how my idea would work for people with stock intake manifolds and throttle linkages.
