Worked on it a little more today.

Coolant reservoir is mounted up, I welded a piece onto the stock bracket to bolt it up.

I wish I had a cnc like IJ, but for now I have to make use of the sawsall, drill press, and belt sander.

is it just me, or is that wire harness INCREDIBLY minty-fresh and pristene??

btw, your fuel lines look similar to mine... i opted for the low-pressure reinforced hose, non-sheathed from my local hydraulic shop. i figured this is only a temporary measure before changing it up.

You can pick up an autofeed mill pretty cheap... if you're not punching out complicated parts by the dozen, it'd probably be a good solution.

I will admit though. I use a drill press with a little contraption that mimic's a non-power fed mill table, an angle grinder, a cutoff wheel, and a welder for everything I do. It's cheap and effective.

That blockoff plate looks good...no mill? could have almost fooled me.

bigaaron: nice job on the coil pack relocation.
I've seen someone else relocate the coil packs on the firewall next to where the EGR plate on the head. Defintelly clean up the engine bay. I think if you could get a set of customized NGK plug wires to the proper length it will be nice for the plug boot to sit flushed with the cylinder #3 cover.
P.S. like that black valve cover of yours!:icon_cool
