Also, in case anyone cares, even though it probably won't come up for most people, if you happen to have a RHD Supra and need a throttle cable that is about 10-inches longer, the 1994-1995 Celica ST204 cable works. This is what we are going to be using with the Hypertune manifold. Part number is 78180-2D340.

Perhaps. The ST204 cable I used is a LHD cable, so I'm not sure how easy that will be to get down there. From what I've read/heard though, the RHD ST205 cable works pretty well too, but I didn't have easy access to that here in North America, so I found the LHD ST204 cable to work.

Update on the car, bodywork is underway, and some other things have been getting worked on.

Custom aluminum gas tank with baffles, allow for better fitment of the pump setup, and more room for the large lines that are needed for feed and return:

Triple pump setup:

TRD Widebody, vents removed on fenders, along with rear side markers and "teeth" on front bumper. Had a Top Secret hood on the car as well, however it will not be used, the stock hood is as light and fits more with the "clean" look of the car now that the vents, etc. have been removed from the kit. Car is being painted Quicksilver FX:

Car now has a limited cage, interior to be painted black (can also see the battery relocation and the fuel pump relays):

So that's where it's at now. Should be painted relatively quickly here, and the engine/fuel setup is almost complete (again, haha).

So the Defi gauges came in, as did a couple other things for the car. Looking forward to the gauges, as my brother had some other temporary gauges in there, that were terrible. The Defi ones seem like such quality pieces, really like them.

To handle the higher power from the upgraded engine and the GT42 versus the old GT35, the OS Giken twin plate STR clutch is being replaced with a triple plate. It's a nice design from OS Giken, with a single hub design, which makes aligning the clutch a bit easier for one. Only disappointing thing about it versus the STR is that the STR had sprung clutch discs, making it very nice to drive on the street. I've no doubt the OS triple plate will be acceptable as well though.

Also going along with the triple plate clutch is the OS Giken LSD. Looks beefy.

Very nice Jeff.

The OS triple that I used to have was BRUTAL to drive on the street.

The only high power clutch that I've found that will hold in excess of 1000 and is still driveable is the RPS Triple Carbon, part # BC3-22170 -- sells for $3,395.00

OS sells many types of triple plate, if this one is too difficult to drive on the street, we can always look at another choice, but the price was right, so we'll see how it goes. :)

Actually had an Aeromotive A1000 pump from my brother's old 300ZX, however the Denso setup is high-flowing, in-tank, reliable and very quiet. It can take the abuse and it's OEM, works good.
