If he rags on you too much, ask him if he took his crank for a walk recently:sarcasm:
i wouldnt use the words "many people have been running 11's" in a full weight mark3 .Takes a fair bit of know how coupled with some great driving and a few dollars all rolled in one.Any reason why you want to go 11"?why not set the bar a bit lower and make your first goal 13 sec and work on that time, certainly be less frustrating and by the time your looking at 11 seconds youll find your car will be well and truly ready for your big goal.gsmokez said:Yeah that's basically what I thought but many people have been running 11s with a 7MGTE with stock internals so I just wanted to know like the best and most reliable ways to make an 11 second 7MGTE SUPRA lol

Taking his crank for a walk.... only on 7 bolt motors,
1st gens talons/eclipse/laser are 6 bolts, they don't crankwalk,
some 1st gens are 7 bolts though, but i have never seen one crankwalk yet,
the only 7 bolts that i have seen crankwalk is the 2nd gens (95 -99),
trust me on this, i have own 7 of them.
gsmokez said:Yeah I would actually want to run those times on pump gas as well cause that's obviously better lolll. Let us know how that project/build goes

gsmokez said:ohh aryte and is your R154 transmission stock? Because my friend, an Eagle Talon owner, was telling me how theres no way I can run 11 seconds on a stock R154 transmission
flight doc89 said:Step two: buy LS-1
gsmokez said:loll but i love the 7m
gsmokez said:I just wanted to know because if I buy parts I'd rather buy the parts required for 11 seconds rather than buying crappy parts now and than buying a whole new set of parts for my next goal.
