True 4g63 is a very stout platform with massive aftermarket support. As far as weight goes, I have seen a 350z with a 2.0 sr20 and that was more than enough to haul that fatassed car around a drift track. Cuel has a very good Idea IMHO.

just thought of this why not put a vq in there.it's like what 10 years running best engine should fit just fine grab one from altima and haul ass.
You would be better off with a 4g than a 7m. We know it would fit and it would be able to be worked on quite easily. Ive got a talon with ~600whp in my garage right now, 600hp should be more than enough to move that boat around, concidering it came with what, 280 crank?

Great plan except that the transmissions are the same and the 4g is a touch longer, as it is you cant put your hand between the front of the existing engine and the frame rail....
