I'm buying a muffler and resonator online. Does anyone know a shop where I can get mandrel bent pipe and hangers welded on in the Denver area? Any chance I'm going to be able to get this done for between $100 and $150? I'm looking for 3" (since I'm planning on going turbo in the next year, and I'd rather only do this once).

yeah actually im in northglenn and exhaust pros (right up huron past 104th and before 120th) did my friends exhaust for $110 on his civic $120 n his scion tc friend supplied tip , what flanges he needed if you have the pipes already i doubt it will be over $100 try to get them to lower whatever cost they give you cause... well in sales you try to get the highest $$ possible

if anyone is interested in a 7mgte 96k miles let me know

Any one know of a junkyard with a MKIII? Or any place that has a fan shroud from a MKIII? I need a fan shroud and I am afraid to hear what a Toyota dealer would charge. Thanks.

Colorado Auto & Parts usually has one or two. You missed the big MKIII meet they had there. seven or eight MKIII's a few months ago. Got me two SuperMonitors, spare switches, a VSV and door trim.

They're not terribly far from me, but their hours suck. The pricing's quite fair though.

I've got a fan shroud that I bought new in '99 after my fan decided it didn't need a couple of its blades anymore. I'd let it go for $30. It is from an '89+ and is in pretty good shape, one of the mounting tabs is cracked, but it still works perfect.

P.S. that Colorado Auto and Parts had one 87 turbo Supra that I found, it was picked pretty clean. Don't mapquest directions!!! I did this and it still took me two hours to find. They did construction on Santa Fe and you can't turn on to Quincy.

Heh, sorry if I forgot to warn you about how hard it is to find the first time. Bummer they didn't have what you were looking for.

If they ever get another lot of MKIIIs (they had 8 or 9 at one point) all of us with ailing Supras should have a meet... at the parts yard.

Seriously, I like knowing at least someone who understands that I happen to LIKE my car. If they can help me find parts (props to Sl1deways!), even better. I don't see many of these cars on the road, they're at least not common in my area. I enjoy seeing them, seeing what people have done with them and sharing the horror stories. :icon_razz



BTW - There's a black 89+ MKIII for sale on south Wads. Might be a turbo... but if they're anything like most of the MKIII owners I know if could be a pre89 N/A with a makeover. Anyone know the seller? I might swing by and try to find out some more on Monday. I'll post anything I find out here is anyone's interested.
