Alternatives to a Supra....don't hit me!

I have a Ford Focus TDCi 1.6 as a DD, and the Supra (eventually, when its FINISHED) for Fun.....but i'd like a 3rd now, and have been thinking of a few other choices.

Clearly, it HAS to be either RWD or 4WD, and 6 or more cylinders :D

I LOVE the I6, but a V6 is good too, Turbocharged, N/A either way, more than 200hp is a requirement, unless it's lightweight.

Cars that have made the list so far:

EU Spec BMW E30 325i (2.5 I6 N/A, RWD)
8th Gen Mitsubishi Galant VR4 (2.5 V6 TT, AWD)
Nissan Skyline R33 GTR (2.6 I6, TT, AWD)

Can anyone think of anything else?

I've always been a fan of the E36 M3's myself..

..3.0L 240hp I6 and they come in various sweet exterior/interior color schemes as well. My friend had one and it was definitely one of the most comfortable, smooth, and balanced car's I've ever driven especially for a sports car. The motor has some balls to it and easily climbs to 140mph+.

Hmm. The only 3.0 I6 in the E36 was the BMW M3 here...and that was a 286/312hp engine. I must admit the 328i E36 looks tempting as well, but would unfortunately lump me in with the 'BMW Clan' unlike the E30, which is retro cool atm.

Well I duno how much your willing to spend but I work at the BWM Performance Center in Spartanburg, S.C. and have personaly witnessed an 08 BWM 135i out dragg race a 500hp M6... for a while untill the M6's top end came into play... but the 135i is a bad to the bone 3.0Lt twin turbo inline 6 rated at 300hp but it really puts out 320hp... the same engine is in the 08 335i .... but the 135i starts around $30,000 wich is very afordable for a bimmer ;-)

I did not realize that you were in Britain, but the EU-spec M3 is even better man! The E30 M3's are pretty hot as well. I had a E30 325is, has ALOT of problems with that car, ended up getting rid of it for my supra. It definitely was a fun car, but just wasn't economical when it kept breaking down... then I learned the same lesson with my supra :naughty:

I didnt know the new 1 series came with the same engine as the 335i, that is pretty damn badass. I've been in the new 335i and those things do get up and go pretty quick, definitely a fun car worth every penny.

Not looking for a NEW car, i should have mentioned second hand only, budget of around $19,000 / £10,000 Which would strike the BMW 1-series straight away, even if they weren't made of pants.

M3 E30 is LHD only, and in a RHD country, it just doesn't work....plus its only a 4-banger, looking for 6 or more Cyls :D

And yeah i'm in the UK, so Pontiac = doesn't exist, Chevrolet = rebadged daewoo's, Chrysler = Fail.

come on dude. you can make insane amounts of power from a skyline, depending on which model though. R32,R33,R34 their all good but dont get a RB20. their's not much displacement there. skyline-skyline-skyline:aigo:

Galant VR4????!??!!

Yeah, let's take an eclipse and put an ugly body on it. It's just as (un)reliable as a DSM too...

Kinda tough to tell you what to get as I know prices over there are going to be a whole lot different then here. Not to mention the different brands...

You guys have access to much better supercars and exotics we never got here (or got in limited numbers).
