Hot: Thanks!

Steve: I think/feel the only difference will be bearing life.

Wayne: LOL nah not really I'm keeping it within safe limits!

Ash: 7M crank is late 89+ Motors, the Squirters were I think in all GTE's but I have read about some early early Turbo motors that didn't get em (very rare though)

It will run to 8000 no probs and is quite happy to do so.

The power drops off at around 6500 but I spin past that so when you grab the next gear there is no lag at all.
what is your hp and tq and are you going to shoot higher?

526 hp @ 6550/ 21psi last Saturday.

Sorry don't have a Tq figure but plentyOtorque!

Haven't tuned ignition yet and I still have another 9 psi boost to dial in either tomorrow or Friday on the dyno.

IJ: The block appears to be a standard 7mgte one, i guess it was one of the few dodgy ones floating around at the start of production *shrugs*

But annnnyway, do you have any estimate on what you'll be putting out with the extra 9psi? I'm guessing arounds 450rwkw? boy that'd be a handful :naughty:
