I finished everything up and planned to leave it alone until tomorrow...BUT it looked ready to crank so I tried:naughty:
The battery is pretty low so it didn't crank too well... I stopped as I was cranking with the EFI fuse pulled to get verify I was flowing oil to my turbo..I cranked for about 15 seconds and never got a drop out of the feed line????
So I put the fuse back in to crank for a second to pressurize the fuel system..I have a huge leak from the #4 injector.....
I will try again tomorrow.

ouch i hate it when that happens, happened to me before. Good luck with getting that injector leak fixed probably just the oring.

Hey, that's why you pressurize the system to make sure nothing leaks!
Better than it doing it while on the test drive.
Will a stock fan shroud work on the 2J's? Kind of a pet peeve of mine, I don't like exposed fans (safety issues, plus they don't work as well)

With the MAFTpro are you able to get around the cold start injector??? Also would like to add...VERY CLEAN build so far...Best of luck!!!!

You got it running yet Craig? I forgot to get you phone number before going down to Houston and didn't take my laptop with me. Were you able to make it out there any?
Dok, I don't have any good pics of the PS grinding. But I just ground it down until there was about 3/8ths of material left. It fits with room to spare now.
Shawn - I will have to bring it by you when it's running!!!

Here's my progress...
I have fixed my fuel injector leak, I pinched one of the o-rings on installation so I replaced it. All good now.
I initially fired it up running an earlier software version on my Maftpro, 4.40. It ran but it was stumbling and surging, with poor response. It was also lean... I spent too much time today figuring out the damn USB-serial BS and learned how to update the Maftpro and now its on version 5.00.
It runs better right away. Smoother idle and better response with just the base settings. Tuning will be next.
I have a 3in flex section on order to finish my exhaust and I will get it on the road!!!!!! Looking forward to learning the pro and making power.
