With my driveway? Yes... 15 buckets of driveway sealer and is like new! I guesstimated 6 :3d_frown:

Unfortunately, not with the Supra...

I'm trying to take advantage of the summer and do stuff around the house. As far as working on the Supra, it has been quite limited. I did get to polish the lines and installed few of them.

I'm also waiting on a bunch of parts from Champion. They had to evacuate due to the hurricanes and were not able to ship on time. They are now trying to catch up on all the orders...

Also getting custom made valve covers for my temp 7M motor. I don't think I'll have my built motor anytime soon as I guesstimated about 35-40K to build it... Covers should be here within 2 weeks.

Here are a couple of shots, sorry for the quality. I had the camera set on low and didn't notice. Also, everything is very dusty, I'm not cleaning until is done :D

Well...... you know how it goes...

Few marks on the car which needed touching up, easier to paint the whole car
Few window surround trims needed replacing, may as well change them all so there is no mismatch
Wanted to remove the head to port it, so while head is off may as well change the rods too
And if the motor is out, may as well paint the bay too
And while we are at it may as well change the turbo too.....

You know how it goes, one thing leading to another, just want to do it now in one hit.
Glad to be on GTEpowered.com, the goal for the new setup is 600rwhp so I may move up the ranking slightly ;)

Jay - LOL, it will soon, I promise :D

HKS - Yeah, that's usually how it goes :biglaugh: I find myself replacing all kinds of little things because they just don't fit with the paint job.

Emp - You know Dave... I think he's about to start parting it out...

Thank you all. Your words re-energize me and make me wanna get it finished faster!

Winter is approaching and soon I'll set the house work to the side, at least the outside work, and hopefully put some time into the Supra and make some progress.

I'll have more updates soon...

After a few months of no activity, I decided to wash my car, even though I said I wouldn't until it was done... No wax or anything yet, just water to take the dust off it...

I also finished installing the Stainless Steel fuel and brake lines. Pics coming up. The rear subframe and diff are in.

After a few months of waiting (hurracaine IKE) I got my suspension bolts, but I'm a bit disappointed. I was hoping they were all going to match in color. They don't! Some are zinc coded, others are not, and some parts are anodized black, which is really cool...

Here are the new bolts (left) and the old bolts (right)

Here you can see the anodized alignment washers. Would be HOT if they all matched.

Sorry I don't have anymore pics, I was busy putting stuff together. I'll have pictures soon. I'm pretty confident that I'll have the car on the ground pretty soon...

This thread is still going? I thought I shut this thing down months ago.................:evil2:

Good luck Miguel. Hopefully the housework is through until spring and we can have some more supra porn for our collections. The bolts don't really do anything for me so I'll be waiting on some engine bay pics............

Well, I will give you props for an update. That other Pennsylvania supra owner never updates his unless it's to show off his new car, truck, boat, or motorcyle that he just bought...........:aigo:

Wow

when you said every nut and bolt would receive attention you weren't kidding!

I've been looking at getting some nuts and bolts plated

To those that have been reading that "other" thread, Milo is doing better now and is nearly ready to go home

Can't wait to see the pics of the lines and what you end up doing with the 7M

Any ideas on how to pretty up the ABS unit?

soon   /sun/ Show Spelled Pronunciation [soon] Show IPA Pronunciation

–adverb, -er, -est. 1. within a short period after this or that time, event, etc.: We shall know soon if the black beauty will be on the ground.
2. before long; in the near future; at an early date: Let's leave soon.
3. promptly or quickly: He came as soon as he could.
4. readily or willingly: I would as soon walk as ride.
5. early in a period of time; before the time specified is much advanced: soon at night; soon in the evening.

I'm not so sure Miguel actually means soon as in within a few weeks. I think his "soon" means.......before Dave finishes his.
