I'll have to confess. I understand the abuse i'll get from this. But after going out the car and really inspecting it, i found that the fuel pressure that noise was coming from a hose underneath this picture. It was vibrating the fuel rail but thats not my problem.

Ok i've found the schematic on the TSRM on EFI description page. I got the fuel pump relay, but can anyone tell me where on the car can i find it? thanks
The only error I can think of that I did to cause this is sparking the battery a few times because I was rushing to get the car up and running. I believe that that caused my starter wire to get damaged. The car would crank over so I thought to check the starter by bypassing the starter wire...
I know its the fuel rail because i can feel the pressure along with the noise. If i take a screw driver and place it on the rail i can feel it vibrate and i'll put my ear to it and hear it even louder.
I can hear it coming from the engine. it keeps running even when i shut the car off and remove the key. the only way it will stop is if i disconnect the battery. I know its coming from the fuel rail i can hear it. Any idea why my fuel rail keeps running?????
