i asked someone else a question off the board and they were very cool and helpful. i'm pasting what they told me........................ so others the have similar prob could refer to this. My original questions was:
hi,
it reconnected and i wanted to ask you off the forum i didn't want to confuse things.
i had a 2nd working one and reconnected that one and then noise still occurs.
would the fuel rail try torepressuriz its self after doing a timimg belt?
ANSWER:
"That relay is controlled directly by the ECU. If swapping another one doesn't fix it, then you most likely have a problem with the ECU or EFI main relay.
NEXT STEP
is to see if my EFI RELAY has been blown or not working correctly. Can some one offer me relief. if my ECU has been damaged my car would attempt to start at all RIGHT????? LOL
