FIX: Allowed the car to idle and then played with the wiring of the BCC, SAFC etc.. Turned out one of my wires for the BCC was loose and caused the bucking (BCC is related to the Map Sensor).. Since then, no bucking..
Lesson: Solder those connections.. ;)
Yesterday out of the blue, while coming to a red light I let off the gas and while approaching the light it turned green. I placed my foot on the gas and the bucking began. The engine would return to normal rpms but I did notice my AFR's at rich levels (10's to be exact).

What about for stock location? I'm installing a 1jz and wanted to keep the stock location for now until I made a block off plate.. What are the options for stock location upgrades for the 1jz?

Whoever you picked up the kit from, explain to them your situation. If it in fact is an error on their part, they should honor sending to you the right turbo. Beware, they may ask that you send the wrong one back first and do not let me tell you to pay for shipping.
