I did pull out the efi fuse and disconected the battery. One thing I wasnt sure of was if each wire from the knock sensor had a specific pin it had to be in. or does it not mater aslong as the both sending signal?

So right now are you saying that you are able to start the car and it runs, but it's just running super rich? Or are you still having an intermittent starting issue, getting a code 52, and having your plugs foul up?
