I was going to say the Hankook RS3's too. I have been using RS2's for a couple of years, autocross mostly, and for the price you can't beat them. RS2's were discontinued but The RS3's are more gripy so I'm sure they are awesome.
Don't worry I thought that comment was pretty funny too. I know Rota has gotten a bit of a bad reputation, but the p45f's don't seem to have any problems.
I only have liability on my supra, so I don't have theft covered for supra. homeowners covers theft from your vehicle too it doesn't have...
So I just found out today that my homeowners insurance denied my claim because they do not cover "equipment, accessories and parts while in or upon the motor vehicle." Does that seem right to you guys?!?! If I had a bicycle or a snowboard or anything else stolen I would have a claim, but now I...
This crossed my mind, but I really doubt it. The guy I bought them from had them on an evo ix. I went to his house to pick them up and he's got a nice bmw and his track evo that he was working on. I spent a while talking to him about car stuff and he seemed like a really great guy. I know...
I grabbed these off a craigslist ad with almost new tires.
But they got stolen
I picked them up Friday at around 5:30pm then I went to a church event where we were spending the night at the church. I had to leave the wheels in my car overnight because I live over an hour away...
I think this is an awesome idea. I have a 1jz that I have been building, so if I had a chance to pick up a clean mkiv shell or maybe an auto N/A I would take it and slap my 1jz in there.
Head bolts can definitely NOT be reused. They are Torque-to-yield bolts. I'm currently running a Cometic head gasket with ARP bolts and I had a lot machined off my head to get rid of a gouge, can't remember how much right now. I know there are threads on here about different size gaskets, I'm...
I have stock valves if you want to buy them off me. Drift motion sells a toyota gasket set which I've used and is perfect. They also sell valves, but not OEM ones.

Sorry, my train of thought didn't really make sense. I mean to say that my boost comes in late in 1st gear because the engine revs too fast. I'm about to pick up some bigger wheels and tires, but with 225's and an open diff my 1st gear is almost useless. I'm either lagging till 3500~4000 or...
I live at 7,300' I'm pretty sure I spool so late because I have a 4.30 differential, So the engine revs really fast and the turbos don't have time to spool. I'm also running very rich right now which isn't helping anything.
This is what I know cavitation as. and don't forget the bad part, when that pocket of vapor disappears and the fluid around in comes crashing down with tremendous force. I have a feeling that something else is meant by cavitation as it is being used here.
I've never had a aftermarket y pipe, so I'm just throwing this out there. Is it possible you have the pipe backwards. Front turbo bolted in place of the back turbo and vice versa. If so that would change the position of the bottom of the y pipe. You probably got it right though.
wow. once again, thank you for assuming I don't know anything. I'm very familiar with what cavitation is and how it can effect spinning blades such as this picture of the the propeller or a similar blade within the fuel pump. The fuel pump sits at the bottom of a fuel tank under say about 10psi...
