Ya there's not a lot of difference between the front and back. I've changed mine out several times, you just have to undo the top A-arm bolt and turn the arm around.

Just to confirm for anybody reading this post in the future I installed the Gates 38002 pulley on my 1jz and it works perfect.

That Gates 36100 is a ribbed pulley like the s2000 so that's probably for the Ac and Ps delete. I found that Gates 38002 is exactly the same as Dayco 89055. The whole 5 dollars thing was just because half the time that I see another "1jz rough idle" or "help me, car wont start" threads I...
