It appears to be leaking as if it wasn't clamped down well enough. The hose isn't visibly cracked. It doesn't look like there is anything wrong with the clamp either though... I'm wondering if the shop bumped it while replacing the starter.

Okay, thanks. That might explain why I needed to add coolant recently...

Took it into the shop. They found the starter was bad and replaced it. They also fixed a fuel leak they found and the A/C system. My alarm is still not chirping and my fans didn't stay on when they were supposed to... I don't have time for this crap.

Can someone identify this hose for me (see attached image, it's the black one behind the red ones). I just had my A/C system fixed and it is leaking what looks like water now. Is this normal or should I be worried?

I think you should have at least asked a high price to see if he would have bought it for that. If he bought it then you could have found a nice turbo to replace it.
