get a 2j short block maybe

get something atleast 9.5 wide in the rear and 8.5 wide in the front

sand it with 320 lightly over the bumper, then wipe it down.. Scuff it with a red 3m scuff pad you can get at an autoparts store or wal mart. Wipe it down good Then spray a flex primer over the bumper. Transtar makes a good flex primer it comes out pinkish but covers and finished well...
