DIS4 Digital users (How much boost with 2step?)

    I make about 4psi @ 5000rpm with a GT40-88 on my 1.5JZ. Made the same on my 1JZ too.

    2jz Intercooler Kit on 1jz

Mine's still in one piece... Yes, they are weaker than the MA70 diffs, that is true, but they're not THAT bad.

what size intercooler are you running?

Funny you mention that. It does from time to time, as my battery tie-down isn't installed. The thing is, that section of pipe is insulated with silicone couplers, so it never grounds.

what size intercooler are you running?

Not without some serious modifications. The piping is run underneath as well. The cooling fan on my motor is hydraulic. There's a hydraulic pump built into the water pump, which powers the fan. The hydro fan is capable of moving a LOT of air. As a result, the car was never fitted with aux...

Anyone else have surging issues with SSQVs?

My motor is MAP based, so yes, it idles just fine. You could put a softer spring in, I tried that first. It helped, but it wasn't 100%. If you were MAF based, you would need to recirculate it, or put a very soft spring in to help it close just a little better.

what size intercooler are you running?

Well, with moving the battery, you don't have 50lbs of weight hanging over the front wheels. It'll make for a definite change handling wise. As for needing to move it, if you're creative, you can fit the piping without relocating: Edit: pics are huge, I'll link them...

    GM 3 bar Map Sensor

Well, if a GM 3bar is too out of spec to properly run on a stockish car, I doubt a Denso one will be any better. The scale is the same on it....... 3 bar.

    Help with wiring!

Another thing to keep in mind when working on Toyotas. Pins may change, but colors are largely the same. eg: a big black/white wire is going to be a starter signal on prety much any toyota. Makes wiring almost "match the colors"
