I'm thinking 255/35 on the rear and 245/40 on the front. But with your offset they may be just at the edge of the quarter panel lip with that offset. Would be pretty close I think. Whoever is mounting the tire can get it pretty close to what your looking for.
With 255/35 17's I'm thinking your...
If your asking whats transferable between the Cressida and the Supra, I think everything is except the oil pan and sump. AC/ etc.. included. Because its a N/A I would get the AC done properly. Also, you should look closely at your steering rack and hoses because its easiest to do the hoses prior...
I'm not familiar enough with all the Cressida years to answer, but any intake would work, if it's y, it's the ACS version. All the vacuum lines should be proper and everything should do well. I don't think there are variances in the y pipe designs.
Not sure what your asking. My 90 7mge had a straight pipe (plastic) Cressida intake (like the Supra 3000 pipe). Supra has the metal y pipe designed for better flow.
I can't advise properly because I have never done a OEM headgasket replacement. I am only familiar with the MHG route. I don't believe that you have to machine the head but most of it will depend on what you find when you pull the head. Someone else will have to give you the tips for that.
You can do it yourself with a OEM style gasket (non-metal). However, the longer you run it, the more your risking other issues (mostly corrosion issues for the block). You have to lap the block (machine) to a proper smoothness for metal.
Do your valve stem seals at the same time.. they are a...
I put a n inline cap before the amp because I noticed a drain when the amp was working. Smoothed that out. Another thing to watch for is the steel braided fuel line tapping the power post on the alt if you installed an AFPR.
My alt died slowly, though. I replaced it. On my 88, the mechanic who...
Mine looks similar..

your hood stops still attached? Cant see them because they are to the left and right (outside of what you shot for...
I have a KoyoRad (fairly similar) and no.. no rubbing at all. wonder if you have the stops set correctly on the hood or if the rad isn't sitting properly. Pics?
Agreed, but if the car has had nothing done to it and you see that light in the dash it's a sign of an issue. Putting a litre of oil in every 4 or 5 fills doesn't mean your engine is dead, but if that coolant light shows, it's advisable to find out why. It's not the type of problem that should...
Just thought maybe a part of the story was missing... Lol.
I've had the birdcage 3 times. Once was because the coolant line to the turbo was leaking, once because the heater core was leaking and once because I was burning coolant (BHG).
The first thing I do when I see the cage (after I panic)...
Silly question.. why do you think you need to "burp" it? I don't see anything here about doing a flush/fill or swapping coolant or filling after putting the engine in, etc...
Normally if the light comes on, its the overflow bottle (99.9% sure he finds it) and it generally means that you either...
I understand that. My son had me buy him a 1988 Supra. Now he's in same boat as you (although, the car isn't busted). I gave him my Tundra to use while I sell the Supra, its just not practical for him.
Even a 750.00 beater saves you in the end if you have room to park it. Allows you to deal with the Supra gremlins without risking the car when it's running funny. I would have got rid of mine years ago if it was my DD because the first problems were all age and poor maintenance related. I didn't...
Yeah, my 87 ran with the Cressida single tube intake and had good power early on but weak at top end, the Y pipe with the ACS gave you power throughout.
