Well after thinking long and hard.. I decided on throwing a 2JZ in a 240 with an actual TOP. I found a buyer for this shell already. But if this buyer does fall through I will continue with this vert I guess. Will update when I figure out what is going to happen.

I have seen a 18x9.5 +35 fit a 275/35 with a roll. So that means you can go 235 no problems.

Look one post above. It is all on you want you want to get. But +12 can fit with a 225.

^ that was with a roll in rear and semi pull in front. and a 225/40 stretched tire.
