Idea For a Custom Front Bumper Cover

For me, it depends entirely on the car. :) (I actually like the '89+ fronts, too, just not as much as the pre '89) Nope, they were all afraid of getting banned. ;) LOL, j/k!

Check your codes. Sounds like you might have a boost/vacuum leak.

    7mgte i have a question

Punctuation. Use it! Now that I've got being an ass checked of my "to do" list for the day. Read on. You stated that you have an '88 Turbo Supra. Use the engine computer and wiring harness from that chassis on the new motor. It'll all plug right in. You will have to swap a couple sensors where...

    Knock Sensors and TPS Question

Having Code 52 will kill all your power. LOL. The car will feel incredibly sluggish. This happens because when Code 52 is registered, the TCCS (ECU) retards timing and enriches the fuel mixture in an effort to prevent pre ignition/detonation. So short answer; your car will have no top end...

    Jake's mkIII V8 killer

Or lose your motor. You decide. Get an ATI Super Damper, or a good stock unit. (ATI would be a better bet)

    Knock Sensors and TPS Question

Knock sensor rewire usually takes care of that code, providing you do it correctly. However, do NOT ground both sides. Ground ONLY the ECU side of the harness: http://www.supras.com/06/techcenter/display.php?QID=69 I'd link you on how to fix the TPS, but I'm at work and the online TSRM is blocked.

    7m-ge exhaust

Everyone is trying to save you the annoyance of little to no gain for your money spent! Seriously, you throw an exhaust, intake, and a MBC on a turbo car, push it to 11-12psi (depending on atmospheric pressure, of course), and you're making roundabout another 50bhp! It's that easy. (now, if you...

    knock sensors question....

I use rg58 coax cable, but there are a wide variety of wires that are acceptable. Also, read the link that I posted above. :)

    7m-ge exhaust

If you research more, you'll see that any N/A guys don't even have 250rwhp. There just isn't much you can do the the GE to make good power unless you spend a crap ton of money. That's the reason everybody says to go turbo. Once the swap is complete and maintained, you can make really good...

    Greddy Turbo Kit worth buying?

Not necessarily. They're great turbos, from what I read. But check into the Garrett line as well, specifically the BB setups they offer. ;)

    knock sensors question....

You can solder it back together. For the small amount of time and money it takes to completely rewire both sensors (if you have two), I'd just do a rewire. But if you'd rather just solder it back together, go for it! :)

    For those using a w58

I have the w58, 4.3 gears, and my CM stage 3 never slipped. I was pushing close to 400rwhp (not dyno proven, though). Speed shifting isn't something you want to do to either the w58 or r154. Then learn how to drive. ;) I've never lost a half of a car length on a shift, even to cars faster...

    knock sensors question....

Two into one is fine if you are only running one knock sensor, or if it's a bandaid until you fix a broken KS. Two into one is not a permanent solution for a block with two KS locations, and the ECU that corresponds. ;) Ground one side only. Research: Ground Loops. Not that it'll make a huge...
