If it was so useable, why did you buy an Emanage? So.....you did need an Emanage, and the stock map and o2 was not enough.
Also, isn't the stock map sensor somewhere around a 2 bar, and the 2jz is around a 3 bar? So if you want to run 20+ psi, that stock map is not going to cut it, no?
Fuel only gets in your oil if it gets past the rings. I would do a leakdown test before you go wasting time and money throwing new bearings in an engine with bad rings.

A stock o2 sensor can not adjust for a 30%+ increase in fuel across the whole rpm range. You will need a 2jz map sensor and a safc, or an E-Manage. An safc alone will not be enough.
It's the keyswitch! They go bad and become intermittent. After replacing two starters and the same problem it's time to look elsewhere for the issue.
Step 1, check the battery.
Put the volt meter across the battery terminals and crank the engine, the voltage should remain above 10v when...
