Under the exhaust header. you have to remove the whatchamacallit for the PS resevour to get at it.

Oh Im sorry, I misunderstood. Get a drift and a dead blow hammer and punch them out. If there is rust, go get some penetrating lube (heehee lube :D) squrt it on there and let it sit in, repeat step one.
