Don't think you can clean them, just have to let them dry I suppose if you are running that rich to foul out new plugs, you're going to have more problems than you have now. Running super rich will do what's called "cylinder wash", does just that washes the cylinders with fuel also contaminating...
You say you don't have the crank pulley on? But you do have the harmonic balancer on?
AFM plunged in, ground wires hooked, especially the ecu ground under the intake manifold?
Yes, thanks JJ. I thought it was the safety feature that if the engine wasn't running that it cut power to the fuel pump, must be thing of something else.
I just think anything that has to do with fuel delivery should be there, for safety reasons unless you are absolutely sure.
Pull the upper timing cover, line up the marks on the cam gears, verify #1 piston is at TDC, take distributor cap off and check that rotor is pointing at #1 wire, and the mark on the crank pulley is at the "0" on the cover.
Buy the way did you make sure that your plug wires are in the right...
TPS has to be set, may check out OK but still has to be calibrated. Timing should also be set with a timing light.
ISC is Idle speed control, don't think that's your problem.
