The honing on the cylinders doesn't look good, and yes they are suppose to check the bores all the way down. Looks like the just did a quick job on them.
The bores should be checked and if necessary bored out to take care of that.
That's the first you mentioned the injectors are GTE. You don't have the ability to adjust your AFR, that is unless you have a SAFC, Maft-Pro, etc. Nor do you have mods to even 440's.
You said previously that you checked the TPS and it was OK. Now you say it might be that???

Don't understand that post, I've never had a problem getting the marks to all line up.
Lot of people forget to turn the motor a couple of rev's by hand and check the marks again.
Hell I'd even give him a stock one if he'd pay for the shipping, I have one around here some place, or he could borrow a tester at autozone and set the one he has .
Run 91 with the higher compression it will help. My compression i was around 190 last time I checked it, 175 -180 isn't bad, but why the difference?
Did you use a timing light and jumper wire?
