Alot of high horse power tuners don't even use the knock sensors, One of my friends with a evo II runs a Autronic ems & doesn't use the knock sensors, He hasn't blown any motor yet & has ran a best of 10.24 @ 142mph... Oh & that's with a master power T-70.

I think they have a more aggresive map too, Anyone feel free to correct me.

1jz weak??? you meant rotary weak, Unless you know how to tune them real good they break, Detonation is the number 1 killer on rotaries, they can make good power but they sure ain't reliable.
