as far as I understand there is no difference... besides no EGR (which you obviously have)... sucks you have to get it smog tested. maybe your egr is stuck? IDK I'd say take it to a professional tuner, but that'd be a real PITA since you'd need to install hardware that'd allow you to tune...

it seems doable... but those engines waste so much fuel... and sound god-awful to boot

that's how it is here too... it's just that 25mph on a highway is asking for someone to get killed. Here it would be 45mph. possibly 35. 45 is more appropriate as it would give someone who isn't paying as much attention at least a bit of leeway in response time.

when I switch to a T4 I'm planning on getting a small borla muffler for the WG dump tube. Don't really care to re-circulate. BTW I did have mine recirculated once before.... and the shop did an atrocious job. Absolutely killed the power the car was making.
