Check out Tire Rack, they have a good selection of max performance summer tires listed with buyer feed back. I've been using Bridgestone Potenza SO3's.
Might change to Yokohama Advan's because of tire size availability.
Thanks for the reply Rich. Should I be using shimless buckets with these cams? The motor is assembled and in the car, but it's never too late. I had to compromise on the springs since the Ferrea inner springs were to tight on the valve stem seals, ended up using BC single springs with the +1...
I'm running the Tein Master Control Flex with EDFC. I think they are great.
I have 3 pre sets on EDFC- 1 softer for the wife, 1 for daily & 1 for very hard
driving days. Change with the push of a button. Had Koni shocks w/ Eibach springs before and this is much better.
Good for you, I applaud you. It is never to late to start.

Hey Kenny, looks like this is the right time. The parts we talked about will be shipped-UPS-on monday. I definitely think you will see a difference with the extrude honed plenum, those runners look much different than the ones in your pic.

I don't know about your job-work area but you could look at a Milwaukee portable powered by Rockford Fosgate. Has an Ipod hook up port. Use them on job sites-construction. They are sold at Home Depot, around $90.00
I'm using Whiteline sway bars front and rear w/ SS adjustable rear end links. Tein master control flex coilovers w/ EDFC and Supra Sport-Lipp rear traction bars, this set up works well for me. You also might want to add the Ronnie K sub frame bushings and the Energy Suspension bushing kit for...
I would suggest that you consider adding an ATI Super Damper to the build.
Replaces the "tired" stock damper with some weight loss and new harmonics.
Nice looking build, good work.
Go to misc. vendors on here and take a look at what Sethron 71 has to offer.
I think he does great looking work and he's a good man to deal with, he knows what he's doing.

Welcome to SM. This is the best. I agree with Adam about the NA T. I'm sure you have been on Club Lexus in your lurking. You can check out the Dave H NA T kit that he has there. Looks like a good kit & with an FFIM I believe it costs around $3500. I picked up a 92 SC300 5 speed here on SM for my...
Looks like a good project for Shine. Must say you have a really nice SC with the Shine AC kit and the great red paint. Been following your progress on Club Lexus, welcome to Supra Mania, this forum is outstanding.

Hey Rich, just had to chime in here! My billet cams that I bought from you are in the head and the head is on the block! Slowly this engine is coming together. Some day I'll post up everything going in the build. Thanks again for your great service and info. Didn't mean to jump this thread.
