Doesn't weaken the crank. Yes I do, can't remember how much it was I bought a lot of other things.
Looks to be around $800 thru IPP performance Parts for a stock crank and the knife edging that's with bearings I believe.
Crank bolt is at 195ft/lbs. Going to be hard to do now that the motor is out I presume. Might be able to wedge a 2x4 in under a counter weight.
Good luck.
Something isn't right then. Should stay in time for one thing. Should run just fine at 10 deg.
Have you checked your timing belt?
Checked to see if the cam gears are on the marks?
The link I gave you has that info, you have to have the crank mark on the "0", cam gear marks on the hash marks, #1 piston at TDC, and with the distribtor cap off, the rotor should be pointing at the #1 plug wire, like about 2 o'clock, if it's not then you have to pull the distributor out and...
Did you do this http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/manual.aspx?S=EM&P=23 ?
You have to verify all your timing marks with the rotor pointing at #1 plug wire and #1 piston at TDC.
