I did the test JJ told me to. The Mutli Meter would read 165 at idle, when I started to rev it up it would read in the 300's and when I did the throttle snap test it bearely went up.
Man this is really sad, I really wish the best for him. Although just right now on the news they announced his death. So I take it he has passed away. :(
First of I searched, and I cant seem to search the word "HOP" so it was usless. My questions is... What causes wheel hop? I have had wheel hop for some time now. I recently replaced my stock springs with H&R lowering springs, and 4 brand new KYB GR-2 shocks. First impression is that it felt...
Code 24....I think you do have one. Its integrated with you Air Flow Meter, so youll have to replace the AFM, unless you have some wirirng issues.
Code 52.... It will bog down your car.
So there is room for improvement, and it can run greater. :nono:
How do you know nothing happend? What did you check for?
Jump those FP and +B and open take off your gas cap and then open the little door with a screw driver and you should be able to hear the fuel pump.
Yes this can cause a pretty big boost leak. If you dont have that big C clamp you will probably be missing the Big O-Ring also (Obviously, just making sure). Since you were missing the big C-clamp on the turbo intake side, hopefully your housing wasnt hitting your turnine. Which it probably was...
There is a big C Clamp holding the intake side turbo housing to the center housing. The only thing I can think of is that the big O-ring is missing. This O-ring goes in betweend the C clamp an the housing. Where did you get the rebuild at?
I would take off the accordion hose and inspect it. Either you left something in there or you have some seriouc shaft play and the turbine is hitting your housing. Eitherway take off the accordion hose and inspect it. Also are the blades chipped?
