I have a dark blue 1990... and I love my clear fronts with orange LEDs in them. I think the stock orange ones look old and ugly.. (but thats just my opinion) However, the split orange/white i dont mind.
I have a 7" Alpine double DIN in mine. Bolts right into the stock bracket. Pull off the shift knob, and bezel around the shifter and climate control. You will see 4 screws. Undo them and pull the bracket out and you will see what I mean.
Easiest deck install you can do in my opinion
Awesome! Thanks! One last question that may be dumb...
"US" 2JZ water pump... assuming there are differences in 2JZ water pumps then?
Will the driftmotion 2JZ water pump work with this setup listed above?

Agree with the 4300k... as I have sold a LOT of HID kits. 4300 is the OEM standard for cars with projector lenses mostly. And as the color temp goes up (eg 6000k, 8000k...) the light output in lumens goes down. However, 6000k seems to be more popular for people converting to HIDs as they want...
I have always been a HUGE fan of projectors, leds, and just lights in general. I will keep an eye out for them on the FS section.
If you remember by then, shoot me a PM when your ready to sell a set... I will for sure buy!
I dont know if it's just me or what, but I have read so many different combinations of fan setups on here, now I am confused!
Im doing a 2JZ-GTE (from a mk4 supra) swap into my 1990 MK3 supra. I am trying to stay away from the e-fan route - as I have heard a lot of negatives.
So that being...
I am looking to replace my TPS on my 1990 7mgte.
The part number on the sticker on mine is: 198500-0241.
Theres two on driftmotion I can order:
89-92: 89452-14050
86-89: 89452-20050
If I ordered the 89-92 TPS from driftmotion, would it work properly on my car? Is there any difference...
Was just reading an article. Some may find it interesting...
"During engine assembly or after intensive internal maintenance, it’s common practice to replace the factory head bolts. Head bolts, also known as torque-to-yield bolts, are designed as one-time use bolts and will permanently...

Thats the rad I bought. Love it, fits perfect. I would recommend it if you want a direct fit replacement, and a LOT better cooling capacity. But that being said, search around and see what you like best.
I had the SMALLEST hairline crack in my rad a few years ago that could only be seen if you flex or bend the upper hole for the hose. Caused all kinds of weird overheating and temp spikes. Also, overflow would sometimes fill up, and sometimes not. If you dont want a big head gasket job with a...
New alarm out I just saw. Compustar Drone. Go look it up! Can control it with your iphone etc... and lock/unlock it from anywhere in the world as long as its within cellphone reception, see the status if the hood is open or any doors are open... Also tracks the car.
Tons of cool features!
Do what I did, and never worry about it again! Got brand new Mishimoto radiator (direct replacement fits right in!), rebuild the fan clutch (empty and fill with fluid - theres a write up on it), new fan shroud, New thermostat and gasket, ALL new coolant hoses (even the ones to the turbo, back of...
Like I said, go look up the difference between bolts, and studs. They are different. You can only use one or the other for your head.
These are bolts:

These are studs...
Just lookup the difference between bolts and studs on google. It says "bolts and studs" only because thats what they are known for. A stud is basically a threaded piece, and you clamp it down with a seperate nut. Bolts are all one piece and have a threaded portion, with "bolt head" on top for a...
