Yea i'm thinking of removing the barbs that came with the thermo and putting pushloks on them
What about the hose, its some blue stuff that was a little cheaper than normal. The original hose is goodyear which i don't seem to be having problems with but this hose likes popping off *sniff*
I do...
that's what i've been told anyhow, when i adjust it at idle, absolutely nothing happens, i tried going +12% and not even a flicker so i would say it's def a wot controller hehe
And i'd be able to somewhat test it if the tranny didn't kick down to 2nd and only let me have boost for 4 seconds...
Is there such a thing as having too small an oil cooler? I have one that is twice the size of stock and i'm running the permacool oil relocation kit from summit.
Is it possible to be too small?
Next question:
When i first started the car i popped a hose off my thermostat (b&m oil) had a...
with regards to the rx7 injectors it depends on the colour for impedance, dark burgundy red = high impedance tan/brownish colour = low impedance 19550 1370 i believe is the part numbers for that, both have the same part number, colour defines impedance.
If they're high impedance, just join...
the gcc only adjusts mixture at wot :) so i don't care about cruising lol, well i do a little bit, i'd like to have some fuel economy haha.. but the stockie seems to be taking care of that quite well...
i'll have to dig out the wiring for the zt2 and find out which is user input, and then...
nosechunks... thanks for that info :D i'll hook up user input to VF, that'll be interesting
the fcon is preprogrammed so the most i can do is - or + fuel with the gcc and change maps inside the fcon which i have set to 0 or 1 which is 15psi daily drive with some boost, 4-7 i think is daily...
thanks for the clarification, i'm only running 32psi w/o vacuum on the fpr as my 550's flowed out to 640cc at 32psi
As you can see im quite rich up there so i'll be removing fuel with the gcc initially anyway :)
so i turn the gcc dial so it takes more fuel out?
yea i know what the fuel cut off looks like, i just posted what my last bit of fun was before it hit lol
yea i do need to clean up the fuel up there, i was gettin to that :)
thanks ya'll :)
here's another screenshot
would appreciate any help regarding this, i seem to be hitting fuel cut hahah... got to about 12psi (and omg does it pull!!!!) and bang goes the cel and killing my fuel *sniff sniff*
i'm thinking of getting a 8psi spring and seeing how far i can get instead of using the 1 bar spring
but...
yep, just got the tranny all back together, had to swap gears in the rear end as mine is abs and one i'm putting in is non abs, the solenoids go clickedy click so thats a start hehe

hey ya'll :)
i've got a razo turbo timer and i'm just looking for the wiring for it
So far i have (by opening it and reading the board)
theres 6 wires 4 heavy 2 thinner
Red = B+
Green = IGN +
Blue = ACC
Black = E
Thin Red = P (i'm assuming it's 12v permanent same as the red b+...
hey ya'll,
just wanting a little further info on the v.1 gcc/mixture controller 4299-RA001
Is it just a wot fuel controller?
It appears powered up but does not change my idle at all so i'm assuming its a wot controller
thanks :)
head was mint, skimmed to mhg tolerances, new seals etc
Reused my cams
The cams did have a little scoring so were polished smooth again.
It would seem as the engine cooled it's not doing it now
From what i've been able to determine it's coming from the intake side cam :(
Anyone heard this before, know whats causing it?
Is it some sort of trapped air it's sucking through a cam journal???
I actually had this on the last engine also, i had assumed it was something to do with my...
i didn't block the lines i bypassed them with a tube
