Well its a new cap but then that doesnt exactly rule that out does it lol. The system seems to hold pressure fine and since i jiggled the bottle yesterday it hasn't done it.
so i'm wondering if i forgot a little bit of info which may be needed
My overflow is now on the right side of the car and it's on a 45deg angle (i think 45deg) so on one side of the bottle it's quite full, on the other it's barely even starting on the low side lol

well on the pushlok it was fine, where it wasn't was on the barb fitting, it had deformed with the heat and pressure and would work itself loose. I've now got a decent hose and hopefully no more blow offs :)
the diaphragm is fine, no tears or anything, looks like its getting stress fractures as the red is starting to go white in areas so i'll replace it later when it does leak lol

put some pressure into the side port and let me know if you get any pressure coming out the dump?
i have a knock off and it would appear the shaft ever so slightly leaks as i can feel pressure out the dump, was wondering if genuine did the same

i "did" have a leaking temp sensor but i kinda forgot to tighten it LOL
well, i'm going to be switching the blue hose off and using more goodyear hose as i don't seem to be blowing those off, just the blue one, and looking at a $20 hose clamp t-bolt style but for smaller hose, i'll be checking the direction of the thermo and finding out exactly which hose is blowing...
Well overnight it was warmish, i noticed it when the sun started getting a bit hotter
I've only used one type of coolant, i didn't mix different brands
I'm using "Goldstate" coolant, 960ml/l ethylene glycol (4L pack)
cathode and anode... ya got me there lol, care to explain a little...
it's the stupid lets retard and drop middle two cylinders on a jz tranny rediculous idea, it tries to lengthen it's own life by doing this on shift, take away it's blankey and the tranny's last a week LOL
i'm gonna ring my hose specialist today and see what they've got and if they don't have anything then i'll give ya a holler
