well on the pushlok it was fine, where it wasn't was on the barb fitting, it had deformed with the heat and pressure and would work itself loose. I've now got a decent hose and hopefully no more blow offs :)

the diaphragm is fine, no tears or anything, looks like its getting stress fractures as the red is starting to go white in areas so i'll replace it later when it does leak lol no pic but it's your typical hks knock off i was just curious to see if genuine ones leaked past the shaft too...

put some pressure into the side port and let me know if you get any pressure coming out the dump? i have a knock off and it would appear the shaft ever so slightly leaks as i can feel pressure out the dump, was wondering if genuine did the same thanks :D

well, i'm going to be switching the blue hose off and using more goodyear hose as i don't seem to be blowing those off, just the blue one, and looking at a $20 hose clamp t-bolt style but for smaller hose, i'll be checking the direction of the thermo and finding out exactly which hose is blowing...

Well overnight it was warmish, i noticed it when the sun started getting a bit hotter I've only used one type of coolant, i didn't mix different brands I'm using "Goldstate" coolant, 960ml/l ethylene glycol (4L pack) cathode and anode... ya got me there lol, care to explain a little...

yup correct, it pushed out coolant out of the bottle while not running LOL

pushed out the little overflow hose, just dripping away for a little bit -10mins or so then stopping again lol

i'm gonna ring my hose specialist today and see what they've got and if they don't have anything then i'll give ya a holler I dunno if e get windex (sounds like some sort of windscreen washer?? lol) i definitely need to get this fixed so i shall be doing whatever necessary :) Thanks Ian ;)
